e.g: you can make your default site use Windows Live Authentication for Internet users (such as http://www.shetab.com and also you or your local staff login to it with Windows Authentication (such as http://www.shetab.com:8080).

Shetab Windows Live Authentication for SharePoint is compatible and tested with more then one authentication provider.
