Windows Live Authentication for SharePoint

* This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee"), the end-user, and Shetab Co. for the use of the Shetab Windows Live Authentication for SharePoint software product ("Software").

By using this software or storing this program on a computer hard drive (or other media), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you have registered this software, delete the software from all storage media.

1. Definitions

   • The terms "reproduce," "reproduction," "derivative works," and "distribution" have the same meaning here as under U.S. copyright law.

   • Licensee is anyone or company who order the software. the term "you" is Licensee.

2. Trial Version

   You may use trial version of software by downloading the it from downloads section. You may install trial version of this software to test and evaluate if it suits your needs and you wish to purchase it. There is a limit for the number of users can create profile in you site (10 Users).

3. Grant of Rights

   You may install the software just in one server. for each server you should buy separate license.

4. Refund Policies

   We offer trial version with full functional, so you should check it before purchase the software. after you purchase the software we will not accept money back.

5. Using Source code

   After purchase the software you will have access to download the source code of the software. You can recompile, recode or change any part of software you need in any form, but you should not rename the software or use some part of its code and resell it. You can change the software just as your own use and should not give the modified software to others in any form. You may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or registration codes used by this software without permission of Shetab, Co.

6. Supporting the Source code

   We may have some documents about how to compile the software but we are not responsible to answer any question about source code or support it.

   LIABILITY LIMITATION.

7. • NO WARRANTIES.  – Shetab EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement.
     The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you.

   • THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT FAULT TOLERANT AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN ANY ENVIRONMENT WHICH REQUIRES THIS.

   • NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. – In no event shall Shetab or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE, EVEN IF SHETAB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
